Orders
- Purchase Orders are accepted via fax or email. Phone orders are not accepted
- All orders are accepted subject to standard delivery terms. A member of our customer service will contact you if requested ship date cannot be met
- Changes to orders are required in writing via fax or email
Production time
- Normal production time is listed in product descriptions
- Account must be in good standing to avoid delay in production time
- Proof approval required to initiate production
- For accounts requiring prepayment, production begins upon receipt of payment
Pricing
- Prices include a 1 color 1 location imprint unless specified
- For large quantity quotes, please call factory for pricing and quotation
- Co-op pricing available on some items, please call factory to confirm
- Shipments will be made in exact ordered quantity. If over/underruns are needed, a member of our team will contact you prior to production
- Please call factory confirm availability of specials and promotions
- Factory reserves the right to assess a $40(V) LESS THAN MINIMUM charge on all items below first column quantity
- Virtual Proof Charge: $10.00(V)
- Loose Carton Fee: $5.00(V)
Packaging
- Please call factory if special packaging is required
- Customers are welcomed to send packaging materials to Opusline to be used, labor charge will be assessed on a case by case basis
Shipping
- All shipments will be made from FOB
- Unless otherwise noted, all shipments will be made through UPS/FEDEX Ground
- Order processing will contact you if LTL Trucking generates a better shipping cost
- For all truck shipments (LTL / Volume) will be quoted based on business to business, dock to dock delivery. Please call factory if liftgate / residential services are needed
- Drop shipment charge $6.25(V) per location
Artwork
- Artwork must be emailed to sales@orchardpromos.com
- Vector art is required
- Please reference PO# when emailing artwork
- All text copies are to be outlined in vector format
- Artwork will be held for no more than 48 months
- Vectoring artwork $40(V) / hour
Terms
- Net 30 terms available only to approved accounts
- New customer orders require prepayment or deposit
Cancellations / Returns
- Factory must be notified prior to any cancellation or return of merchandise
- Customer must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt within one week.
- Factory reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee
- Cancellation is not allowed once Orchard Promotions has received approval to proceed with production
Customer Warranty
- Customer warrants Orchard Promotions the right to use the logo / artwork to be placed on Opusline merchandise
- Customer warrants that it shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orchard Promotions products and its employees and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to attorney fees and cost, in any cause of action including, but not limited to an infringement action as a result of the imprinting of the artwork supplied
